User Data Deletion

At RaiseCom, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to privacy@raisecom.mn with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". In your email, please include the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• A brief statement confirming your request to delete all personal data

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your request, we will delete the following data from our systems:

• Your account profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• All activity and usage data linked to your account
• Any preferences or settings associated with your account

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

Exceptions

Please note that we may retain certain information where we have a lawful basis to do so, such as:

• Data required for legal or regulatory compliance
• Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
• Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you personally
